Dark cherry on the palate. Some Tannins providing dryness offsetting fruitiness common in Pinot Noir. This is a style typical of the Otago region and one that I like. January 2024.

Light fragrance but does have a bite on the first sip. Mildly strong flavor with a dry after taste. Very good when paired with red meat or any meat with a med-high fat content.

Central Otago Pinot for $14! Great red fruit on the front end, good acidity and easy to drink. Paired well with a smoked salmon appetizer.
