Apr 24th, 2015 2 hour decant. Pale brown with just a hint of pink. Dark, heavy, brooding nose reminding me of old madeira and moscatel - some prune, some raisins. Smooth and rich and full in the mouth - but no distinctive flavour I could put a name to - just a nice blend of earthy tones matching the colour. A little heat in the medium length finish. Not my preferred style of port, but plenty acceptable.
