Stewed prunes in a cedar pot, perhaps a bit of drying (pre-raisin). A lot of heat at 16% 🔥🍷. After breathing for 45 mins, drinks like an Amarone - quite chewy on the finish

the best wine made in my home valley. It uses the same process as Amarone but it is smoother and fresher without loosing complex structure and strong cherry and caramel

Plum preserves on the nose dark fruit and soft prunes elegant but big big mouth filler!
