Slightly sweet, dried herbs, on sweet cherries on a softly perfumed nose. Decomposing limestone too. Light, clack with clean strawberry fruit. Acidity is holding this in check. Smooth and very enjoyable. Pair with pasta or firm cheese. Drink now. 90% Nebbiolo, 10% Merlot.

Cherry liquor and floral notes on the nose. 90% Nebbiolo and 10% Merlot makes this special. Cherry, dried dark fruit, vanilla/oak, licorice and spice. Needs to breath to develop all its complexity. Delicious!
