Mmmh! Nice intensive smell. Lighter and more elegant than an Amarone. It was very good to a filet of beef. Like it a lot!

Opened and decanted for 3 hrs. Mountain fruits wafting on the nose, body medium to full with berry taffy , ending with chomping on a plank. Certainly a food wine, though not for crazy acidic sauces, just olive oil, salt and pep are the seasonings to pair with this one.
