Mineral, salinity, white pepper and peach notes. We needed to decant this beautiful Chardonnay. My opinion this wine needs to age for a few more years. Beautiful!

14' Palmaz Amalia Chardonnay. Let it open up in the glass for 20 minutes. This is the perfect example of a Chardonnay needing a little time in the bottle.
Drinking window is now. This will even taste better in a year.
