Slightly honeyed and melon with great lemon/lime acidity. Tastes like there is some RS but acidity balances nicely. Even a touch of mushroom or goat cheese on the nose. Beautiful wine.

Beautiful chenin, tasting some fresh dill herbaceous notes as it comes up to temp. Perfect weight to pair with heavier proteins. Gorgeous!
