Very light color. Lovely bottle perfume. Resolved. Gorgeous.

Tasty but a bit tannic and modern for Etna but I liked it

Multiple soil types and just plain delicious...I wish I had some roast chicken now.

A big austere whiff of cherry leather with little accents of mushroom, red roses, and spruce.

Etna core; sour, saline, sun and tannins big as the ABV of almost 16%.

Wow. Impressive. Minerally, red fruits which covered the 15.5% abv. Went great with chicken shawarma.

Pretty red berries on the nose. Chewy tannins, sour cherries, and volcanic smoky ash on the palate.
