Lavender, violet, strawberry, blackberry, black pepper. Slate, smokey. So balanced.

Ripe blackberry with some heat on it and some Asian spices immediately apparent from the first taste
Hedonistic classic youthful new world Syrah

Delicious. Violet, plum, blackberries, a hint of olives and herbs. So clean and fresh. @Pax Mahle you are my Syrah hero.

Hard to beat a Pax Syrah. Such a fun, well balanced wine. Bright red fruit, smoked meat, a touch of provincial herbs particularly lavender, fresh ground cloves, and black peppercorns. Tight acidic finish

Deep purple, pen ink color. Pepper, graphite, blackberry on the nose. Big wine, good acidity, complex finish. More please.

Holy shit this is good. Fantastic salt and olive before brine.
