Top Notes For
Sipping Fine Wine

Ruby color with a bouquet of dark fruit, spices, leather, oak and floral notes, blended from 3 vineyards, long skin maceration. On the palate flavors of black cherry, currants and raspberry with notes of pepper, floral and mint. Long finish, nice balance with fine soft sweet chewy tannins ending with fruit and earthy notes. Just starting to drink now! Will continue to age.

We pulled this out of our Eurocave to have with pizza. It was perfectly ready to drink, full-bodied but not heavy. Next time we will have it with something more deserving of this wine!
