This Australian Reisling comes across very subtle and nuanced with light aromas of lemon-lime zest with a mineral undertone. The pallate is quite dry and brings a bit more interest with a heady acidity along with melon, pear, and a whisper of sweet jasmine. Worth noting this wine was best once left to warm to just below room temp. A nice pairing with dry rub chicken thighs and roasted garlic broccoli! [4/27/24] ($17)
