Pale straw color with a slight green cast. Piercing aromas of petrol and wet slate with slight hints of white flowers and lemon/lime. The palate features ripe red apple, white peach, lemon and lime with a light touch of spicy ginger. A bit of a chalky texture which is well balanced by bracing acidity. A bit of CO2 bubbles in the glass. Long and lingering finish. Great with food.

Pale straw vibes, limestone, mineral, mountain grass.

Apple-y 🍎

Slightly petrol note at the end, dry as a desert bone, higher acidity than what’s called for, little more sharp and refreshing than savory and round.
