Thanks to the wine staff at Frasca for steering me to this. Wonderful dinner, great staff. Taste just kept moving around, in a wonderful kind of way. Strawberry multiple ways, licorice, pencil, dust. 14.5 ABV, and just mellow as can be. Loved it, as did Jan, who did much more than her usual 2 sips. And yes, Frasca has outstanding wine service!

Ample aroma overflowing from my glass attracts me. It's ready to drink, but it's better to wait for a while. A bit reddish color, murmured cherry flavor. 30 minutes, aroma is concentrated. Quite Elegant but taste is getting much better 1.5 hours. @8000, Maru - XH , 180802-181109
