Nov 16th, 2015Nose is pretty light. Maybe mineral or stone with ashyness. Can taste different varietals which is unique for me. Sweet cherry underlying tones assuming the grenache. No noticeable black peppercorn from the syrah. Zero oak. Little acidity. Is savory a descriptor cuz its got something I can't describe but think as a sensation. Needs food but not sure what. $15.
