Driven by it's minerality. Pre-phylloxera vineyard at 850m, high up on mount Etna. Textured wine with a feeling of salt & (volcanic) stones. And acids! Nice find.

Amazing wine from the Etna DOC in Sicilia shows incredible acid structure and purity of fruit and a depth of concentration rarely seen in Italian whites.

Hard to pinpoint fruit on this. There is a funk that I can't mail down either. Let's call it funk. Vanilla right off the bat.
Super smooth, bright fruit, baldness acidity and nice, round tannins. Kind of a bitter finish.
