Classico Superiore Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi

2013. Grassy, sunny, poundable...my new summer drink. Certified biodynamic and vegan if you care about those things.

Very citrusy with some mineral notes. Zippy acidity - reminds me of an Albariño. Refreshingly energetic.

Fun simple nice nose of fermenting grass. Not overblown acidity.

Nose - lemon, honey, white flowers. Mouth is reach, crisp & zesty with flavors of ripe lemon, and apples. Light straw color with honey hue, long mineral finish, very good Italian white.

Bio white wine from Jesi. Very good whit fish and white meat.
