Really great Super Tuscan Blend. All Bordeaux Varietals - 40% Merlot, 30% Cab Sauv, 20% Cab Franc, 10% Petite Verdot). Lots of red fruits, violets, dried herbs, licorice, tobacco and earth. Beautifully integrated, juicy and balanced. A bit of chewy tannin on the finish. Solid QPR. More please!

This might be the best $25 bottle of wine ive ever had...a merlot based Bordeaux blend from the highly rated 2015 vintage in the Bolgheri region....a beautiful nose of stewed plums, sandalwood, and graphite is followed by a velvety mouthful of dark fruits, herbaceous notes, and a lasting tannic grip...this tastes like a well-heeled right bank bottle with a decade of age behind it...i will buy more...
