Straw to pale yellow, med bubbles, day bright, med concentration with hints of green, med viscosity...mod intensity and developing, Meyer lemon, bruised yellow Apple, white flowers, creamy buttered toasty aroma, limestone...dry, high acidity, med alcohol, finish med plus, med plus complexity. Palate of yellow Apple, Meyer lemon, mineral notes, med body.

This is the demi sec. Fine small bubbles day bright pale yellow med conc with clean ripe apricot peach and lemon fruit, toasty lees, high acid and med sweetness. Med plus finish and complexity. Nice
