Just opened and super impressed. Still very pure dark fruit smoke and some leather. Beefy! Lightly Gamey with some terriaki esk spice notes. Nice dried herbs. Medium concentration medium plus acid. Silky texture. Lightest fine grained tannin and just a touch of subtle oak on finish. In window but has a couple more years. Super super pleasurable and glad I got a few more behind this. Gonna be great with our steak😎
