Bit more "California" than I was expecting, but still taut and balanced. Tropical fruit, buttered popcorn, a little smoke and minerals. Pair with rich dishes like shellfish/fruit sauces or spicy cuisine and good to go.

Creamy , yet not the obvious and oaky norm. Very Chassagne.
