Incredible nose! Aromas of cinnamon, nutmeg, cooked black frut, plum & currant continue through to the palate seamlessly. Dark cherries round out the tongue with some serious tannins. My favorite of the night . Age another 8-10 if you can.

Dark cherry, vanilla bean and black truffles on the nose. Those components continue through on the palate with burst of blackberry compote and currants. The tongue is like velvet with incredible weight and structure. I can't wait to see this wine in 8 - 10 more years.

Boom, that's what I'm talking about. Pretty classic, lots of menthol, great evolution in the glass revealing layer after layer, can keep aging but totally worth popping as well.
