The 2012 Provenance cabernet Rutherford is a very good wine with a nice nose, medium to full body and excellent taste. Very drinkable now. Much better than the 2011. Excellent buy if you can get it between 28 and 32 dollars. I score it about 90 - 91.

Lots of berries on the nose. cherry, hint of vanilla. Dusty finish. Tannins medium plus, but take a bit of decanting to come out. Could use a few more years in the cellar. 2012

THE best Cabernet Sauvignon I have had ever. Smooth medium bodied and just delicious. Didn't need to aerate it at all - straight out of the bottle good.
