Vino extremadamente difícil y con una oxigenación lenta, mucho más abierto al día siguiente, en nariz hierva verde y ahumado. En boca complejo pero largo y con un final metálico.

Dark golden bordering Carmel. Seductive nose. Ginger root, organic honey, and toasted almond. The oxidation is in a great spot. Medium weight with dried apricot and pineapple. Acidity carries on the finish. In a wonderful place, drink or hold.
