Figs, tangerine, bruised Apple, apricot. Creamed honey- White cherry. Complex and heady, yet social and approachable.

On the Lawn at Tanglewood this evening with the Tanglewood Music Center Orchestra, the youths (mostly college)! Our conductor Andris Nelsons is leading one operatic work from WAGNER (Die Walküre, Act I). This is our WAGNER weekend with the BSO, Acts II & III will be performed tomorrow afternoon and evening.

Just killer juice brought by one of our friends tonight. Fresh brioche, honey, warm yellow apple, limestone, so creamy on the palate. Joyous!

I usually don’t like champagne, but had with the wine pairing at esora. First course, foie gras biscuit signature that was full of apples. This had strong apple taste

Excellent entrylevel champagne. Deep golden color. Pinot driven nose with some oxidative notes, breadcrust, berries. On the palate it follows the nose offering very nice complexity with apples and mineral notes. Medium+ length and enough body to work with various fish dishes and roe.
