Gorgeous minerality. Stone fruit tropical flavors. Lotsa of zest and life remaining. Love it

What a difference from the last bottle, which I apparently rated 8.3 (Based on the old "smiley face" scale). This one was crisp with no spritz. Great Cali Chard. Hope the remaining two bottles are like this.

Feb 26th, 2015Mouth puckering lemon on pop 'n pour, but smoothed out nicely over time. Best on day 2. Only detractor was a slight CO2 spritz on each pour that would blow off after a while.
