Apple blossom, honey, a green herbal note, and loads of crushed slate. Nice fruit/ mineral balance in the mouth. Enters light then feels weightier, nice, long, lip-smacking acid/mineral finish. Distinctive.

Beautiful aroma of white flowers, pears, crushed mint. Super floral and expressive nose. Green and taut. Tart. Green plum, a little white pepper; subtly astringent. Slight petrol. Lean but resonant.

This dry Riesling had great balance and depth. Finger Lakes at their best.

God in heaven. Weighty but somehow racy? Beyond mineral driven and possibly petrol-driven. Tart and lean and metallic and saline and also mouthwatering with just a little bit of honey on the finish. Just extraordinary.
