Les Eygas Cornas Syrah

Big ripe and very 2015 nose. Huge froot! Some animal, olive and smoked meats as well. Palate is juicy but very closed at the moment. It's all there but this has closed down significantly since barrel. I'll revisit in a few hours.

Opened up gloriously over the next 2-4 hours and stuffed with fruit and polished with granite.

Again no formal notes was busy with the Casserole. Very good fruit driven.

Lavender on the nose. Spice and licorice and dark fruits on the palate. Delicious. Big. Juicy. A tad rustic for a cornas but awesome. Bought from fass selections.
