Lime zest, coriander, tangerine, minerals, hints of honey, petrol, and dairy cream. Wonderful finish that reminds me of peaches and cream, really elevating what's a more subtle nose.

Medium light lemon straw , with green hints . White flowers , citrus peel, herbal touches , touch of that petrol note , quite discreet overall however. Fresh with good intensity on the palate , some rounder , riper fruits, slightly creamy texture , green apple ,tangerine , lime cordial. Dry , quite intense finish , fresh acidity . Well balanced and refreshing overall, no excess weight here and good extract. Nice to drink now , but pretty young, will probably age relatively well over the next 5 to 7 years .
