Mar 2nd, 2021Consumed 05/20. Received it 12/2014 in one of my shipments. Was supposed to drink it between then and 12/2019. I think I waited a little bit too long as it did not taste as well as I had hoped it would. It is a full body, richly textured wine, with layers of black currant, Sandalwood, white pepper and Coco, with a smooth lingering finish.

Excellent Sonoma Cabernet! I really enjoyed this Cab. It hit me with this beautiful aroma. Blackberry, black currant, and plum to the taste. Sultry and smooth, with a great finish. I had the pleasure to enjoy this wine while making my marinara sauce and when paired with the sauce I get this surprising and intense sweetness that was pleasant to the palate.
