We decided to make a Tuscan inspired dinner of panzanella and steak so I grabbed this Ruffino Riserva Ducale Oro Chianti Classico to pair. So far so good. Notes: colour is a deep inky red, nose is a bit muted as it hasn't opened up yet and is a bit cool from the wine fridge. Plenty of tannins with the fruits on the palate. I'd guess it has at least another 5-10 years of aging without much effort. Looking forward to trying more as it develops.
