Dark, rich, ruby red hue. Aromas of candied cherry, strawberry & licorice with savoury notes of black olive and dried sage. Powerful & structured with black currant notes. High but well-integrated tannins with medium acidity. Overall, very well-balanced.

The Cellole has a nice nose of cherry and leather, maybe a touch of herbs. On the palate the wine is still young and tight (wish I'd opened it 3 hours ago) but with fruit and pepper and a surprisingly long finish. What a delight!
