Feb 5th, 2015This stuff is awesome. Consistently awesome. Thomas Rivers Brown made ambrosia. Too bad they couldn't make this work. I don't have enough. 8 years and still going strong. So well balanced.

Found this in the cellar, where it had been languishing for far too long. No matter, despite the color, it was really wonderful.

Oxidized and tired, should've drink a few years earlier. Mostly pear and roasted pineapple.
