Slightly off bottle - flavor dies too early and leaves off flavor. Seems like there was a lot more potential. Lemon, minerals, smooth mouthfeel. I'll have to try another bottle. Even so, a very good pair with Giada's Grilled Swordfish with Lemon, Mint and Basil (made by Elissa - 5 stars). I hate to even leave a score, but...
