Decanted only 20 mins and the big payoff is the complex nose with ripe olives dominant. Great integration and not sure If it can get better going forward.

Corked? Beautiful nose, but bitter, dirt taste after it hits your mouth. 2006, 15.6 ABV. Syrah, Grenache, 26% Mourvedre. Aww, was so looking forward to this with our T-bone. Wife did not taste that bitterness, by did think the high ABV hit hard, and was "chokey". :-(
