La Bogliona Barbera d'Asti

A delicious Barbera and one that I rather regret drinking now rather than in a decade hence. It is dark, intense, packed with red fruit, plums, pepper, some spice. Dense but maintains elegance. Very good.

Traditional Barbera. . Dark fruit on a high pitched acid frame. Perfect with Windy City Pizza.

I’ve always wanted to know what it would be like drinking cherry juice in a pile of autumn leaves. Well, if you share my dream, this is a good alcoholic alternative if anyone’s interested.
