Keep forgetting how good this inexpensive bubbly is for the price. Had this at a recent tasting. Clear, clean and crisp. Bright yellow with stone fruit and citrus aromas and biscuit notes. Palate is crisp with apple and peach flavors and ending with mineral tones. Tons of bubbles. Tasting Sample.

Dry and not sweet. An excellent Cava for $11 a bottle. Medium acidity and lots of bubbles.
