Wow. The precision on this is crazy. Uva rara.
Nose is grape skin. Minerals. Yeast. So elegant. Wow. Freshly powdered rocks.
Palate is yeast and minerals. So crazy juicy. Very long. Bright. Not a fruit forward rose. All about precision with a hint of red fruits. Like precise raspberries but perfectly blended with minerals. Wow. The precision here is CRAZY. As it opens a lovely touch of bitterness. Currant.
A must own wine for bubble heads. So well made. Very distinctive and geeky. Well over $100 if this were Champagne. Well.
