Drinking this is like coming back to an old girlfriend. There still a lot of the reasons there why you fell in love with her in the first place. Drinking it and exploring the taste you can get with fruit and cheese is always an adventure. Honey and caramelized peach flavors with not a cloying finish in sight.

Beautiful liquid gold coloring in the glass. Varietally correct nose of white flowers, apricots, pears, and delicious honey. Well balanced, with high acidity and only medium sweetness. I typically find these sweet wines to be way too candied and cloying for my tastes but I’ve been proven wrong before and I’m usually happy when I am. Lemon and orange peel, butterscotch, grapefruit marmalade, baked apples, and toffee on the palate. The finish is shorter than I would like but leaves you with a nice little vanilla exit.

I'm not really into sweet wines, but this is an exception to the rules. Honey and pear notes without tasting like candy. Amazing with Fragua.

Great nose with botrytised honey and lemon. Loads of acidity on the palate keeps things very vibrant; rich and sweet without being cloying. Very nice.
