Super dark and deep ruby red. Layered and dark nose with boysenberries, plums, leather, dark raspberries, cocoa and a touch earthy. Heavy tannins (8/10) and full bodied. Jammy on the palate with tons of blackberries, sweet spices, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla. Long and lingering finish. Definitely needs some time but delicious wine with tones of finesse, structure, and explosive. Drink till 2035.

This is the boss of wines. See what I did there? Google translate the word padrone. Good stuff. Still remember sitting by that infinity pool and drinking this in 2014. The 2012 is a stellar vintage.
