78% Cab Sauv, 12% Merlot, 7% Cab Franc, 2% Petit Verdot, 1% Malbec, deep Ruby, concentrated youthful aromas, ripe black fruit, subtle nutty spice & creamy chocolate. Aged 24 months, 85% new & 15% 1-yr American oak. Palate fresh fruit flavors, sweet plum, blackcherry & dried blackberry, bits of oak & cacao peeking through. Tannins present, but a tad persistent. Long & elegant finish with vanilla & slight mineral tang. Drinks well now continue to develop over the next 15+ years! Outstanding! Tasting Sample!

2011 in a nice place. Very soft, with classic lucious wood component. Showing a typical Napa darkness without the density. Proud of how it shows the vintage.

An amazing Napa Cabernet Sauvignon. The bouquet was floral and earthy; beautifully pleasant on the nose. I'd fall in love with a woman wearing this as a perfume. Incredibly well balanced on the palate. Berries and cherries envelope and swaddle the tongue. Slightly tannic, but instantly drinkable. A long smooth finish follows each swallow. Treat yourself and the one you hold dear to this enticing elixir.

This was my favorite Cab at Silver Oak! On the nose, rose, cinnamon, clove, blackberry, and green bell pepper. On the palate, lavender, mocha, cherry, blackberries, sage, and a leather finish. This would be best friends with a medium rare steak! #lifeisacabernet #winelife #winepuns #bigredwines

Silver Oaks Napa Cab. Full bodied, great tannins, smooth finish, a mouthful of flavor. Let it open up for awhile and enjoy.
