Still young! Opened up after St Paddy Day ended. Savory dark red fruits minerals on nose. Great stimulating firm texture and palate with long complex finish. Lean yet elegant. Whole case. AA35. Just 12.5 ABV

Very primary and ripe. Heaps of red and black fruits, with black pepper seasoning. The palate's spicy and developing some meaty, earthy characters. Juicy acid and oh so silky tannins. Goes down the wine hole far too easily. I feel that it'll be magical in a couple of years.
Note: Probably didn't do this wine justice by tasting it against the Gangloff, which was absolutely enchanting.

A beautiful wine with layers of complexity. Dark fruit, cherries and plums, with nice earthy notes, and a hint of chocolate and smoke. Wonderful texture, smooth, lingering finish.
