Apr 23rd, 2019This wine has become my “house white” and the 2017 continues a great run. Clean, medium-weight at 13.4, unoaked, with a brilliant balance of acid and fruit—this $20 wine checks all the boxes for complex/ethnic dishes and then some. Case arrived today... popped and poured tonight with high-end Indian... venison vindaloo, gruyere naan, and chicken korma....the Tablas held its own to a remarkable degree. Waxy, weighty, almost tart...once again happy NOT to pour Chard or SB.

Mar 30th, 2019Great easy drinking white wine. Lots of apple. Getting more lime / citrus on the 2017. Paired well with hot dogs. It was one of those wild Fridays nights... 🙄🤦🏻♂️🌭
