A blend of 50/50 Chardonnay and Pinot noir. They use 50% of their own vines and they buy the rest this is not made every year. Tho wine has a good and is aged for 7-8 years on the lees a very creamy rich texture on the tongue a nice nutty character and fresh apple and pear fruit. Very rich but balanced with a lovely freshness on the finish. Finish. 45=. Excellent+

We received 6 bottles as a wedding present (I know, great friends) and have been opening 1 or so a year. It just keeps getting better and the great vintage really shows through with an abundance volume and brioche that follows the initial lemon curd and floral notes.#merrychristmas

Beautifully balanced. Traditional biscuit nose and aromas of Bartlett pears and apples. A great mouth feel with balanced sugar and acidity.
