Dark purple color, opaque, rich, shows lots of oak, but also really shows it’s 14.9% ABV, heat is evident on palate and across the long finish, undeniably rich and showy, but I worry about how the high ABV will age??

I wouldn’t describe this wine as particularly complex but it was a true hedonistic joy to drink. Rich and inviting. Big BUT perfectly balanced. QPR is very high for this one.
