This is #Syrah on high mode. Like a Syrah IPA. Danky, plummy, ripey jammy and yet more balanced and unique than his Tensley vineyard version (which is pure residual sugar) if you ask me. I like Joey’s wines because they are brass balls. No excuses.

Dec 25th, 2017Haven’t had this in a while. Blackberry, spice, made me think Australia for a minute. Little jammier from what I remember, but my palate has changed. Could of given it a little more air.
