Riserva Nozzole Chianti Classico Sangiovese

Very good Chianti. This is a wine that needs food to accompany it—it's not a cocktail. Full-bodied, fruity nose, dark berries on the palate. Nice structure. Peppery.

Candied cherry, smoke, leather, Classic Chianti. A little strangely bitter on the finish. Lowered the rating a bit.

Nice little wine. Not too heavy. Easy to drink, without having to think too much about the structure of the wine. All in all, a great little every day wine, that can be enjoyed on its own.
