Medium Ruby, crisp acidity, pleasant red and black berry fruit: raspberry, wild strawberry, red cherry, forest floor, red plum, black cherry, subtle truffle and leather. The wine seems light bodied but thatโ€™s a little deceptive because it is fresh and long lasting on the palate. Good with salmon, pizza, grilled meats.

Subtle light Nerello Mascalese with a hint of orange from the volcanic soils of the foothills of Mt. Etna.

Enjoyed this wine. Not a very potent nose but tons of bright fruits (strawberry and raspberry) and pleasantly astringent which gave it an almost effervescent taste. Pretty acidic. Would be one of the rare reds you could pair with seafood. Unique wine, would love to have again.

Flowers on the nose, rose and geraniums. Concentrated Bright red fruits, cranberries on the palate with a focused minerality and volcanic rock ash. Fine but present tannins help form the long finish. Super interesting indeed.

Pale red color, medium body. Opens with apples and cranberries, some floral, cherries and mineral notes. A little dilute, not enough character. Vintage 2019
