Very tertiary with almost no acid left. Still very drinkable with notes of dried cherries and hickory.

This 2004 Brunello was disappointing after 4 hours in the decanter. A significant mid palate hole, tired flavors, and a lack of concentration made this more a Brunello for quaffing.
