Feb 1st, 2017I asked for dry and weird and got it. Has that special weirdness of volcanic soil and a subtle petrol nose. Bit of breadiness, is that refermentation?

Quite nice, especially for the price. Excellent with grilled chicken with a parsley / almond sauce. Can stand up to robust food but also food on its own.
