Feb 23rd, 20252012 Vintage. 14.8% Alcohol. This has really smoothed out over time. Hitting it’s stride. We purchased this bottle at the winery so not an auction risk and it showed way better. Big Syrah with plush fruit and iron oxide and tobacco.

Oct 12th, 20202012 Vintage. 14.8% Alcohol. Bought on auction so provenance may be questionable, but this had higher acidity than usual. Or the fruit is starting to fade leaving a wine with more evident acid. Still enjoyable.
